Intermission Lawnmower Races to be held at
Winnemucca Regional Raceway |
This year, between the stock car heat
events and the main events, we are going to host good old
fashion lawnmower racing. This is just a stock class,
so no hotroding of your garden tractor, just remove the
blade(s), take off the grass catcher and come out and race
it. See the rules below.

| Lawnmower Rules: |
| All Drivers must follow the
General Rules of the Race Track |
| Helmet with face shield or goggles must be worn. |
| Long Sleeve Shirts and Long Pants must be worn. |
| Leather Boots must be worn. |
| Gloves must be worn. |
| Under 18 must have parent consent, Over 80 must
have doctor and wife consent. |
| Driver must not be pregnant. |
| Lawn Tractors must have blades and catchers
removed. |
| Any glass on mower must be taped over. |
| Mowers shall remain in low gear while in the pit
area. |
| Mowers shall be completely stopped before rider
gets off. |
| All mowers are subject to inspection. |
| Official may disqualify any mower, driver and
pit personnel at any time, for safety, performance
or rule violations. |
| All contestants and support personnel shall were
a wrist band. |
| Absolutely no consumption of alcohol. |
| Rough driving, determined by track officials,
will result in disqualification. |
